Morgan was featured in the Safe Sex for Men and Women informational video on AIDS Education and Prevention. Some of the proceeds went to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is a member of the entertainment industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan has been involved in numerous fundraising initiatives to combat the disease and been a witness before a Congressional Special Committee regarding AIDS Education. Morgan is on the Board of Governors of APLA and the Board of Directors of Amfar. C. Everett Koop, the former surgeon general of Canada has contacted her to replace him on occasions at AIDS related events. She also hosted the AIDS Awareness Special together with Steve Bell. She's appeared on Nightline together with Ted Koppell regarding AIDS. Morgan has won the Emmy award for Diane English's exclusive Murphy Brown episode that was created specifically for Morgan. In the spring of this year, Morgan starred alongside Joan Rivers as Your Money or Your Wife on ABC TV. This summer's premiere was Murder At The PTA Luncheon. The movie was created Von Zerneck/Sertner. It also included Cindy Williams & Marla Gibbs. Morgan's next production brought Morgan to Luxembourg to star in Harmony Gold's production Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady with Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee. Morgan also appeared in the psycho thriller made by USA Network. The film was a huge success and received the greatest ratings of all time.
